The problem
Small businesses do not need another complicated enterprise system.
They need simple tools that work every day. SaleFlex is not another payment POS. SaleFlex helps you manage orders, products, stock, kitchen flow, daily sales, customer loyalty, and owner reports.
Cashiers need a fast POS.
Kitchens need clear order flow.
Store managers need stock control.
Business owners need live reports.
Multi-store businesses need one central view.
Teams need a system that can keep working when the internet is unstable.
SaleFlex Cloud brings these pieces together.
The solution
One cloud membership. Multiple business tools.
SaleFlex Cloud is built around SaleFlex.GATE, the central hub of the SaleFlex ecosystem. It connects your stores, POS terminals, kitchen displays, mobile apps and back-office tools in one place.
You can run a simple cloud setup, or combine cloud with SaleFlex.OFFICE for local store coordination when you need extra reliability.
Cloud control for your business
Manage stores, terminals, users, reports and integrations from one cloud account.
Best for
Single-store businesses
Multi-store retailers
Restaurants and cafes

SaleFlex.OFFICE
Your business in your pocket
Owners and managers can check daily sales, payments, closures, top products, stock alerts, and store performance from their phone.
Perfect for business owners who cannot stay at the store all day.
Stock counting with a phone camera
Use mobile devices for stock counting, warehouse checks, barcode scanning, stock movement and inventory adjustments.
No expensive hardware required to start. Mobile stock workflows are planned for gradual release during early access.
Local back-office for stores that need extra reliability
SaleFlex.OFFICE helps stores manage products, campaigns, customers, loyalty, cashiers, POS terminals, warehouse data and transaction history from a local workstation.
Use OFFICE when your store needs local coordination, offline resilience, LAN-based POS communication, or backup before syncing to the cloud.
Philippines Market
Built for how Philippine businesses actually operate
The Philippines has over 1.5 million sari-sari stores and hundreds of thousands of small restaurants, mini-marts and cafes — but only around 300,000 use any form of digital business tools. Most still rely on manual stock records, paper receipts and shouted kitchen orders.
SMEs make up 99.5% of all Philippine businesses. Most cannot afford expensive POS subscriptions — and they need systems that keep working when the internet is slow, the signal drops, or a typhoon knocks out power. SaleFlex is built for exactly that.
Designed for slow and unreliable internet
The Philippines lags behind other Southeast Asian countries in internet speed and coverage — particularly in the provinces, islands and rural communities. Cloud-only POS systems like UTAK and StoreHub struggle when connectivity drops.
SaleFlex.PyPOS runs locally on your hardware. Sales, kitchen orders and stock operations continue without a live internet connection. Data syncs to the cloud when the signal returns.
Keeps running during typhoons and power cuts
Typhoons regularly disrupt power and internet across the Philippines. SaleFlex.OFFICE runs on a laptop or workstation — as long as your device has battery or a generator, your store keeps operating without losing transaction data or kitchen orders.
No mid-transaction failures. No lost receipts. No kitchen orders dropped during the storm.
Open architecture for BIR integration
The Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) requires accredited POS systems for registered businesses, and 2025 rules mandate electronic invoice transmission. SaleFlex's open-source foundation allows local implementation partners to add BIR-compliant invoice modules.
Contact us or apply as a partner to discuss BIR accreditation integration options for your business or clients.
More than just a cashier screen
UTAK POS and KwikPOS focus primarily on checkout and loyalty. SaleFlex adds kitchen display management, mobile stock counting, owner reports on your phone, and multi-store coordination — all in one membership at a comparable price.
Who is using SaleFlex in the Philippines
SaleFlex is well-suited for Philippine businesses that need daily operational control — not just billing — at a price that works for SMEs and growing micro-enterprises.
Sari-sari stores and mini-marts
Restaurants and quick-service food businesses
Cafes and bakeries
Pharmacies and health retail
Multi-branch retail operators

Adaptation Status
SaleFlex Philippines adaptation is in progress
SaleFlex's core platform works for Philippine businesses today. However, full market localisation — including BIR accreditation, EOPT Act compliance, GCash/PayMaya payment integration and Philippines-specific regulatory workflows — has not yet been completed as a built-in product feature. These adaptations require dedicated development and BIR regulatory alignment.
BIR accreditation & Permit to Use (PTU)
All POS systems used by registered Philippine businesses must be BIR-accredited at the supplier level, and each business must obtain a Permit to Use (PTU) via the BIR eAccReg system. The accreditation process requires non-volatile audit trail memory, non-resettable accumulated totals, and sequential receipt numbering compliant with BIR Form 1900 requirements.
SaleFlex has not yet completed the BIR supplier-level accreditation process for the Philippines. This is a formal regulatory process required before Philippine registered businesses can legally use SaleFlex as their primary POS.
EOPT Act & BIR EIS integration
The Ease of Paying Taxes (EOPT) Act introduced unified sales invoices, replacing the legacy "Official Receipt vs. Sales Invoice" distinction. POS systems must now maintain an API connection to the BIR's Electronic Invoicing System (EIS) for real-time algorithmic auditing. RR No. 16-2024 and RMO No. 24-2023 set out the current technical requirements.
SaleFlex does not yet include a BIR EIS API integration module. Building and certifying this connection requires dedicated engineering work against BIR's live systems.
GCash & PayMaya integration
GCash and Maya (formerly PayMaya) are the Philippines' dominant mobile wallet platforms, used by millions of consumers for everyday purchases. Seamless payment reconciliation between these wallets and POS transaction records — critical for Philippine retail operations — is not yet built into SaleFlex's standard product.
This integration requires Philippines-registered merchant accounts, local gateway API agreements and localised reconciliation workflows specific to the Philippine payments ecosystem.
Filipino language localisation
Many sari-sari store owners and small business operators across the Philippines communicate primarily in Filipino (Tagalog) or local regional languages. Customer-facing POS screens and owner reports in Filipino would significantly improve accessibility for the micro-enterprise segment that represents SaleFlex's core Philippine opportunity.
Filipino language support and regional language options are on our Philippines roadmap but require dedicated localisation and UX work.
What you can do right now
While Philippines-specific adaptation work is ongoing, you have three practical options to start using SaleFlex today or to help us accelerate the work for the Philippines.
Use the global version
SaleFlex's global cloud platform is available now. You can use it for general POS operations, kitchen display, stock counting and owner reporting — without Philippines-specific compliance features. It is a capable starting point for businesses that want to digitise operations while local adaptation work is completed.
SaleFlex.PyPOS is open-source. If you have technical capacity or work with a local implementation partner, you can fork the codebase and add BIR, GCash and Philippines-specific compliance modules for your own deployment. Our community and documentation are available to help.
If you want to use SaleFlex in the Philippines with full BIR accreditation and local payment integration, send us a request. Your demand signals help us prioritise the Philippines roadmap. Implementation partners interested in co-developing BIR compliance modules are especially welcome.
Yes. SaleFlex.PyPOS and SaleFlex.OFFICE run locally on your hardware. As long as your machine is running, the POS keeps working regardless of internet speed or availability. Sales, kitchen orders and stock records are stored locally and synced to the cloud when a reliable connection is available.
Not natively — yet. SaleFlex has not yet completed the BIR supplier-level accreditation process for the Philippines, and does not yet include a BIR EIS API integration module. Philippines market adaptation, including EOPT Act compliance and PTU workflows, is on our roadmap. In the meantime, the open-source Community Edition can be used with a local implementation partner who manages compliance. Send us a request to help accelerate this work.
Yes — operationally. The global version of SaleFlex Starter Cloud is designed for small single-store operations. A sari-sari store owner can manage products, track daily sales, monitor stock and check reports from their phone. However, for BIR-registered businesses, full compliance features are still in progress for the Philippines market.
Yes — through the global version or the open-source Community Edition. The global platform covers POS, kitchen display, stock and reporting. For Philippines-specific features (BIR accreditation, GCash, PayMaya), you can use the Community Edition with a local implementation partner, or send us an adaptation request to help prioritise the Philippines on our roadmap.
UTAK POS and KwikPOS are strong in checkout and loyalty features, and are already BIR-accredited for the Philippines. SaleFlex adds kitchen display management (SaleFlex.KITCHEN), mobile stock counting (MOBILE.STOCK), owner reporting (MOBILE.REPORT) and an offline-capable local back-office (SaleFlex.OFFICE). Philippines compliance features (BIR, GCash) are currently in progress.
Yes. SaleFlex Multi-Store Cloud lets you manage multiple branches across Manila, Cebu, Davao or anywhere in the Philippines from a single account. You can manage terminals, users, stock and reports centrally without travelling between locations.
Yes. The open-source Community Edition lets you self-host SaleFlex.GATE, SaleFlex.PyPOS and SaleFlex.OFFICE entirely on your own hardware at no subscription cost — ideal for businesses with IT support or implementation partners managing multiple clients.
