The problem

Small businesses do not need another complicated enterprise system.

They need simple tools that work every day. SaleFlex is not another payment POS. SaleFlex helps you manage orders, products, stock, kitchen flow, daily sales, customer loyalty, and owner reports.

  • Cashiers need a fast POS.
  • Kitchens need clear order flow.
  • Store managers need stock control.
  • Business owners need live reports.
  • Multi-store businesses need one central view.
  • Teams need a system that can keep working when the internet is unstable.

SaleFlex Cloud brings these pieces together.

The solution

One cloud membership. Multiple business tools.

SaleFlex Cloud is built around SaleFlex.GATE, the central hub of the SaleFlex ecosystem. It connects your stores, POS terminals, kitchen displays, mobile apps and back-office tools in one place.

You can run a simple cloud setup, or combine cloud with SaleFlex.OFFICE for local store coordination when you need extra reliability.

Cloud control for your business

Manage stores, terminals, users, reports and integrations from one cloud account.

Best for

  • Single-store businesses
  • Multi-store retailers
  • Restaurants and cafes
  • Retail chains
  • Service businesses
  • Local implementation partners

Kitchen orders without the paper chaos

Send orders from POS to the kitchen screen. Keep preparation flow clear, reduce missed orders, and help your staff work faster during busy hours.

Works with

  • SaleFlex Cloud
  • SaleFlex.OFFICE

Your business in your pocket

Owners and managers can check daily sales, payments, closures, top products, stock alerts, and store performance from their phone.

Perfect for business owners who cannot stay at the store all day.

Stock counting with a phone camera

Use mobile devices for stock counting, warehouse checks, barcode scanning, stock movement and inventory adjustments.

No expensive hardware required to start. Mobile stock workflows are planned for gradual release during early access.

Local back-office for stores that need extra reliability

SaleFlex.OFFICE helps stores manage products, campaigns, customers, loyalty, cashiers, POS terminals, warehouse data and transaction history from a local workstation.

Use OFFICE when your store needs local coordination, offline resilience, LAN-based POS communication, or backup before syncing to the cloud.

Cambodia Market

Built for how Cambodian businesses actually operate

Cambodia's economy is one of Southeast Asia's fastest-growing — driven by tourism, garment exports, and a rapidly expanding domestic retail and food service sector. Phnom Penh, Siem Reap and secondary cities like Battambang and Kampong Cham are seeing genuine demand for structured point-of-sale, kitchen coordination and inventory management tools that go beyond a basic receipt printer.

Most small and mid-size operators — restaurants, guesthouses, pharmacies, convenience stores and market stalls — still track stock on paper and lack a unified view of daily sales from their phone. SaleFlex targets operators who want kitchen coordination, accurate stock control and an owner dashboard at a price that makes sense for the Cambodian market.

Built for dual USD / KHR currency

Cambodia's economy operates in a parallel currency system: USD dominates most retail and hospitality transactions while Cambodian Riel handles smaller purchases and change. SaleFlex's open architecture allows implementation partners to configure dual-currency pricing, display and receipt printing to match how your business and your customers actually work.

Currency configuration is handled at the implementation level — contact us or a local partner to discuss your specific setup.

KHQR-ready payment architecture

Cambodia's National Bank has established KHQR as the unified QR payment standard, enabling customers to pay from ABA Bank, Wing Money, ACLEDA, True Money and other apps with a single QR code. SaleFlex's modular design is built to accommodate KHQR and wallet integrations through local partner implementation — rather than forcing a closed payment stack.

Full built-in KHQR reconciliation is on our Cambodia roadmap — see adaptation status below.

Open to GDT compliance requirements

Cambodia's General Department of Taxation (GDT) is expanding e-invoicing and digital fiscal requirements for businesses. SaleFlex can have integration layers co-designed with authorised local partners so that your receipts, Z-reports and transmissions align with your accountant's filing requirements.

Standard built-in GDT compliance is still on the roadmap — check adaptation status below.

Designed for the food and hospitality boom

Tourism to Angkor Wat, Phnom Penh's growing dining scene and the rise of boutique guesthouses and beach resorts are creating genuine demand for kitchen display coordination, table and order management, and real-time stock control. SaleFlex unifies POS, kitchen screens, mobile stock and owner reports in one membership — rather than managing disconnected apps.

Who benefits first in Cambodia

SaleFlex is well-suited for businesses that need reliable daily operations — not just invoicing — at a price that makes sense in the Cambodian market.

  • Restaurants, cafés and street food operators in Phnom Penh and Siem Reap
  • Guesthouses, boutique hotels and beach resorts
  • Pharmacies and regulated health businesses
  • Convenience stores and mini-supermarkets
  • Multi-branch retail operators
  • Businesses moving off paper-based tracking and WhatsApp voice notes
Adaptation Status

SaleFlex Cambodia adaptation is in progress

SaleFlex's core platform works for Cambodian businesses today. However, full market localisation — including KHQR and wallet payment reconciliation, GDT fiscal compliance, Khmer language support and dual-currency accounting workflows — has not yet been completed as a built-in product feature. These adaptations require dedicated development and regulatory alignment work.

KHQR and wallet reconciliation

KHQR is Cambodia's national payment QR standard, but per-transaction reconciliation between bank apps (ABA, ACLEDA, Wing, True Money) and POS records varies by provider API level. Automatic two-way reconciliation between wallets and POS transaction groups requires test environments and bank-grade SLAs.

Community builds can prototype the flow; production deployment requires partner SLAs with licensed Cambodia payment processors.

GDT e-invoicing compliance

Cambodia's GDT is progressively rolling out e-invoicing requirements. Mapping each GDT-approved invoice format, transmission route and digital signature scheme is not something we ship as a standard global module. It requires co-design with locally authorised partners and your accounting team.

Expect a project plan — not just a toggle — when starting GDT-compliant deployment.

Khmer language interface

A significant portion of Cambodia's retail workforce operates primarily in Khmer. Right-to-left-friendly Khmer script support, Khmer product naming and customer-facing screen localisation are not yet available in SaleFlex's standard product.

Khmer localisation is on our Cambodia roadmap but requires dedicated frontend and UX engineering work.

Dual-currency accounting workflows

Operating with both USD and KHR requires configurable exchange rate handling, split-currency receipts, and reconciliation reports that correctly represent dual-currency transactions. These accounting workflows require a Cambodia-specific configuration layer beyond what the standard global product includes today.

Pilot stores can shape the priority and design of dual-currency accounting features.

What you can do right now

While Cambodia-specific adaptation work is ongoing, you have three practical options to start using SaleFlex today or to help us accelerate the work for Cambodia.

Use the global version

SaleFlex's global cloud platform is available now. You can use it for general POS operations, kitchen display, stock counting and owner reporting — without Cambodia-specific compliance features. It is a capable starting point for businesses that want to digitise operations while local adaptation work is completed.
